We will only contact you in the future about recommending instrument servicing if applicable, along with associated maintenance product recommendation.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. For tax purposes we keep basic information about our customers for four years after they cease being customers.
What information do we collect?
- Contact information such as name, mailing address, mobile and home phone numbers, email. For rentals, the name of the child learning the instrument, along with the child's school is also collected.
- Product purchase history for instrument guarantee and servicing purposes only.
How do we use your information?
- To assist you with customer service within the 12 month guarantee period and to offer ongoing instrument care once the instrument is due for maintenance and servicing.
- To assist you with rentals and online purchases.
